Mike has been traveling again!  Dallas for the PGA National Conference of Leaders the beginning of May. Mike attended as one of the 18 committee memebers on the PGA's national Instruction Commitee. In March, In March, Ping flew Mike and 25 other fitters from around the nation to Phoenix Arizona for a week of fitting workshops with meetings with the engineers and executives of Ping Golf. He also attended an invitation only workshop put on by the Top 100 Teachers in the US at Pinehurst. The teacher is always learning so he can bring the knowledge back to the Mike Warobick Golf Academy so he & Ben can better help their students!

GET READY FOR GOLF in 5 Days Clinics -  Check our Home Page for open dates. Five days in one week. These are filling up at least a month in advance. For the summer, the days will be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday here at the range, and Sunday at Turtle Creek Golf Course for a Scrambles playing lesson on Sunday. Mike recently received recognition from his peers receiving the Horton Smith Award from the North Florida Section of the PGA for his contribution to PGA Education. Mike was also appointed to the PGA National Instruction Committee 2009. Mike has been honored by the President of the PGA, Jim Remy, by his appointment to the PGA National Instruction Committee for 2009. Mike also served on this committee in 2008. The PGA describes Mike Warobick and the committee as 18 of the best minds in the nation in golf Instruction.

DOUG McDavitt, is not expected to come down this year due to the health of his mother-in-law. We will miss Doug and will keep Maureen's mom in our prayers.

Mike Warobick, PGA named one of the Top 50 Teachers in the nation by Golf Range Association of America for 2008 & 2009 . He is a past recipient of the Top 50 USKG Golf Teachers in the nation and was nominated for Top 50 Teachers with USKG for 2008 and received Honorable Mention.
